You may be arranging a stay for a client, a colleague, your partner or someone else important to you. First Evening gives your guest time in the city without imposing a programme. Quiet or lively, according to their interests and energy. Hosting is in English.

Before we confirm

We agree the date, meeting point, guest numbers, scope and fee in writing. Invoice details, payment and cancellation terms are settled before you commit. A few useful preferences are enough; a detailed personal profile is not needed.

If I have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or we reschedule at no cost. You will know as early as I do.

Time that fits

If your guest has an early meeting, flight or another fixed commitment, we can agree the timeframe beforehand. The evening need not run late. Any change to the agreed time and scope is discussed, not assumed.

A brief completion message

If you are arranging the evening for someone else, I can confirm briefly when it has concluded as agreed. Let me know if this would help.

Discretion

Your guest is not photographed, named publicly or used in promotional content. A written confidentiality agreement can be discussed before the evening. Information shared for the arrangements is kept to what is needed.

Hosting fee

The Evening: €1,000 · three hours.
The Long Evening: €2,000 · four to five hours.

The Full Day and Private Arrival are available by inquiry.

The hosting fee covers my preparation, time and hosting. Food, drinks, transport, tickets and other third-party costs are separate.

Logistics and scope

I can help arrange reservations, transport and tickets. Time together takes place in public, cultural and hospitality settings, including bars and music venues. Third-party bookings are agreed separately. Transport services, accommodation, event staffing, security, interpreting, medical assistance and personal care are not part of my hosting.
